Sudden trans trouble

Sudden trans trouble
Just changed the radiator in my 2000 Civic and upon restart the blinking D comes on and the tranny clunks hard going in to gear. Is it possible that I switched the coolant lines (does it even matter)? Is it an air lock? Possible kink in lines? fluid level is good.
I pulled one trans cooler line and started the car. Fluid squirted all over so I'm guessing the circ pump is working. Any help would be appreciated.
