Steering feels weird (too light and free)

Hey I have a 96 Honda Civic ek3 and since recently the steering wheel became very light and easy to turn even when I’m parked. There are no issues with the suspension, rack and pinion and power steering pump. Any suggestions?

That's weird, I recently feel my steering wheel feels a little weird too, mine feels pretty free within a very short side to side distance, but then it kind of feels like I hit a bump turning either way, car still seems to turn properly but I'm wondering if there's something afoot I should be worried about.
