Weird outward dent on driver door

Weird outward dent on driver door
So i bought a used Honda that has really bad paint. noticed this dent on the driver side door. I tried hitting it with a hammer to see if it would go back in but there is a bar inside the door. how do i fixi this without going to a body shop?
