Trunk fitment/ not alligned

I bought this used civic from an older woman. First thing I noticed is that the trunk fitment is bad. what could possibly be wrong? How can i fix this? what parts should I buy?

If you push on it does it go down?

Could be hinges, latch or accident damage

Yes it goes down if I put my weight on it

Could try lowering the truck latch/hook
