1997 Civic Ex coupe Not starting

I Have a 1997 civic that will not start it just keeps cranking it smells like fuel when i crank it and i tested the spark and it looked like it was getting spark please need help

Check timing, check compression. Are you sure you're getting good spark?

or that you don't have an rat's nest in your intake?
Fuel, spark, air and timing, that is what is needed. OK, compression too.
Timing includes sensors
