Stall once ect hits 150f

Got a 2000 Honda civic ex with a D16Y8 auto. Car will stall once temp gets to 150f (scan tool live data) doesn't matter if parked or driving. It's not a relay issue or ignition fault (lights and all accessory's don't loose power). Can be driving down the highway and loose acceleration and rpm will slowly drop till the vehicle stops. Won't restart and useally haft to wait a while. Once it does restart it will stay running even after sitting parked for several hours. Once it sits over night it will do it again. If I peg the pedal to the floor when it does this it will sometimes backfire really bad but still stall. I have disconnected EVAP purge lines thinking it was a bad purge valve issue (had similar issue with different car in the past) and that does not fix it. Only code shown is b1 catalyst below efficiency. (Cat self destructed and is basically hollow) car otherwise has no problems other that occasional lag while accelerating (bad head gasket issue and or warped head that's is going to get replaced) and is not over heating. Does run with slightly high ltft when on the highway (+2.8 to +5.9) think that's due to fpr/filter. Otherwise no drivability problems heat and ac work alittle too good.

also odometer don't work stuck at 139089 and not due to vss as spedo works.
