D16A cylinder 2 misfire

I have a 1996 Civic with a D16A, and started getting misfire code while driving home the other night. I replaced the cap and rotor, ended up replacing distributor as well (can sensor and ICM are new now because they are in distributor) new plugs and new plug wires and I tested crank sensor, but I’m still getting misfire in cylinder two. For some reason my distributor is not sending spark through the cable to cylinder two. It did the same thing with the old distributor, I tried the old cap and the old plug wires and moved them around and still no spark for cylinder 2. It’s driving me crazy. What would cause the distributor to not send spark to only one cylinder when all the ignition system parts have been replaced and are new? Someone please help, I’m beginning to think it’s the ECM itself.
