98 Civic dx sedan, oil on spark plug threads

98 Civic dx sedan, oil on spark plug threads
Hey guys, my car is running and driving good now but I noticed when pulling my plugs last that a couple had a little oil on the threads. Is this generally from the orings under the upper assembly or is this possibly a quick valve gasket fix? Is this something I should be very worried about immediately also? IV been driving like this for a month or so now. Thanks all for any input
