Need help with this civic will not start please!
About a month ago I start the process of rebuilding my head on my 95 coupe ex with a b16a2 motor swap with a rare jdm sirII in it completely disassembled and tried to do everything by the book took the head to get cleaned and milled had the machining done and assembled it myself watched plenty of video's on how to do everything it has new valve stems, springs, retainers, keepers, valve stem seals, LMA's replaced the head gasket, belts, intake and exhaust gaskets, o2 sensor on headers, water pump thermostat, arp head bolts, timing belt tensioner, new distributor, spark plugs, spark plug wires. I've reset the timing 3 times just to make sure it wasn't out of time I'm not getting and compression in all four cylinders I checked all of my torque specs with 2 different torque wrenches as I went through re assembling [ one in ft pounds the other in inch pounds converted properly ] gone into wiring diagrams and have not found anything out of place. I need some help I've dumped alot of money into it and dont want to keep doing it chasing a loss cause. Everytime I try starting it it sounds like you're doing a compression test like when you have the injectors distributor unplugged but it just keeps spinning no back fires no misfires it's just spinning. No leaks coming from around the head checked the inside of each cylinder and only fuel is present. Any ideas of what. I manually set the timing using the Mark's on the motor and cam gears like it says to, gears with arrows up timing Mark's parallel and the gear on the crank aligned with timing mark on motor. Any insight would be appreciated.
