P0113 wont go away

P0113 keeps poping up. I clear my codes constantly.

I put my multimeter on the IAT sensor and hit it with a heat gun. The Ohms go down as it heats up. I measured the voltage in the IAT plug and I get 5v. So what could the issue be? From testing it seems like there shouldn't be an issue. When I read the temp from the IAT from the OBD2 port i get a constant 51F while the car idles. If I unplug the sensor it goes down to -40F. It seems like everything is working fine so why does the code keep poping up?

Fixed:
Figured out the problem. The pins in the connector were not making good contact. I pulled the connector apart and pried the pins up so that they make better contact. Code hasn't appeared sense. Guess it was because its just old and over the years the pins got weaker and weren't pinching the pings on the sensor tight enough to make a good connection.

Have you checked the connector and the wires?

I sprayed out the connector with brake cleaner as it did have what looked like dielectric grease inside it. So far after I did that it hasn't come back on. Usually after I cleared the code it would come back on by the time I left my driveway. I guess I could call it fixed?

Think you may have an error in your post, you're saying it hasn't come back on? Call it fixed for now and keep an eye on it

Check wires for broken insulation, rodent damage

Do you know which pins on the ecu go to the IAT sensor? I have a P2P-A92 ecu. I could just run new lines.
