Hose diagram, help!

Hey guys,

I recently picked up a d16y8 2000 civic ex stick. I did the head gasket but now I have no clear what goes here. Here's the pic

that hose goes from that to back of value cover. You see on intake manifold by valve cover

can nobody help me with this? the automatic is different i just need to know if there is coolant through them or if i can vent them and not throw codes please?
