I have a 1995 honda dx with the 1.5 non vtec engine. I replaced the clucth and pressure plate when put it back together crimped the wire from the o2 sensor in the case. after trying to start with no luck, found the wire and removed the wire from inside the case. now i'm not getting any spark from the distributor. I have replaced the distributor, the cap and rotor. took the ecm out and put in another civic it started right up along with the distributor, main relay under the dash.all started fine. checked the fuel pump and it whirrs when the key is on but constantly.corrected the wires for the o2 sensor. I have battery voltage at the blue and yellow wire going into the distributor. No other ideas, any would help.

When you crimpped the wire, was the battery disconnected???

yes, I tried to start it. now the engine turns but wont start, checked the plug wires at the distributor and there is no spark.
