Exclamation 2000 Civic Ek Choking Problems

I Have recently changed from the EG model over to the EK, And Everythin was great untill this

Car seems to chug when taking off and seems to be choking when driving and no amount of force through the exhaust seems to be clearing a blockage off any sort if it was even a blockage

I initially thought tht there was mabey a break in the exhaust further inspection showed there was a bracket broken off at the end of the down pipe which connects to the cat,new bracket got welded and everything put back together but the problem still persists !
The engine management light was on and still is on and the codes showed there was misfire in all 4 cylinders therefor all sparkplugs were replaced and yet again the problem is still there! I'm running out of ideas guys and ready to give in as this has been going on for months

Any Help Wld Be Much Appriciated Cheers
