Before I get bashed, Ive searched tons of forums with no luck finding my exact issue. I have a 2000 Civic coupe, just built a D16Y8 from a 98 Civic coupe. The engine harness I used is from the 98 car. Im running a P28 ECU with Hondata, and I do have a OBD2a and OBD2b jumper harness. Neither one works. The problem is I have 2 of the same plugs, one on the engine harness and the other is on the under dash harness. The car had no engine, transmission, ECU or wiring harness when I bought it, so I pretty much started from scratch here. Any help here would be greatly appreciated guys and gals.

Update: I figured out the issue. The new harness is the correct one. I just never slowed down long enough to pay close enough attention to see it.
