This is one of a couple problems I have with my Honda, it is a little project, but it is a solid car. - The first problem I ran into was my passenger window wouldn’t go down. I decided to swap out the window regulator with a new one, still have the same problem. I then bought a couple of switches for the passenger and driver side. Still, it won’t go down, it sounds like it wants to go up (as the window is all the way up) but I hear nothing trying to go down. Another problem is my power mirror adjuster triggers the door locks when I adjust the left side from right to left, I will probably end up making a different thread about that though. Ive also notice some cut wires where the relays and fused under the steering wheel are located, also what seems to be some wires that were tapped into, but then removed/cut. Can anyone help me out? I would really appreciate it.

That's probably from an old alarm/remote start. Check for broken wires in the door harness
Do you know how to do a continuity test?
Also did you check the fuses?

there was an alarm in the car, but that was also cut, so I ended taking the alarm itself out of the car, I have it still so if it’s not hard and worth it I could probably install a new one or remote start, I’m unsure how to identify which one it could have been, I was told it looked like there was a remote start by a guy on another thread. Also which fuse(s) should I be checking, I’ve yet to check them actually, could that

Wouldn't bother installing another alarm, remote start maybe, but you're cutting lots of important wires. There's a fuse for each window I believe

Don't really know if this will help, but when one of my windows got stuck, I sprayed DW-40 Silicone on the edges of the window (while it was down), then run it up and down over and over, and wipe any spray that got onto the window/anywhere else. The motor is just weak, and this helped a ton.

WD-40 doesn’t really help and any relief at all is temporary. I had the same problem and thought it was a weak motor so, I replaced the whole regulator. Still had the same issue. I then replaced the channel rubber and had great success! Replacing the rubber was easy peasy.
