All lights pulsing?

My 2000 Honda Civic lights will kinda pulse while I drive, this includes headlights, cluster, and all other interior lights. I was wonder what would be the possible cause and how I would fix it. The pulsing isn't terribly bad, but it's noticeable.

Read battery voltage when the lights are pulsing.

They really only seem to pulse only when the car is going and when I apply gas. I will say the battery is from 2016, so it will prob need to be replaced.

Re: All lights pulsing?

You can connect a meter to the accessory outlet in the cabin. Then note what it's reading when it's pulsing. Could be battery, alternator, wiring, etc.

Re: All lights pulsing?

Probably check alternator first, wiring and belt tension.
