Unhappy Sticky brakes?

I'm currently experiencing the following on my Honda civic 1997 EX; When I drive for more than 5 minutes, my brakes get hard the more I stop, if I keep driving it, it becomes to a point where I don't need to press on my brake pedal to completely stop my car on the drive. When I do accelerate my car will hesitate to go over 20mph and the engine feels forced, we have currently changed the front calipers and front brake hose (didn't change the rear drums because they've been changed recently). Has anyone ran into this problem before? Or maybe have an idea of what it could be? It is driving us crazy that we can't figure it out would appreciate some suggestions.

recheck the work done here - if the work was not done correctly, it could be the cause.

actually, check the temperature of the brakes. the ones that are causing the issue will be hotter

if all are hot, then it's something else from lines to the pedal

Re: Sticky brakes?

So I am having the same problem. I can't figure it out. My front brakes won't release from the rotors and won't allow the wheel to turn. The rear drums spin freely without the E brake on. I have replaced the calipers, pads, rotors, drums, shoes, rear wheel cylinders and all the parts for the rear brakes. The calipers in the front just won't release. The lines are good and I've flushed the brake system completely until new fluid was coming out.
