Are all d series transmissions compatible with all d series engines? What does a d16 long block weigh?

They are hard to find, though.

Would love to do a b18 or k20 swap but I don't think the yard by me has everything . K swaps need a lot more then I thought. I can get a trans and engine from my local place for about 700
