What are these two hoses?

What are these two hoses?
1997 Honda Civic Ex
Automatic transmission. 4-speed
D16Y8 engine

I've identified these two hoses with a green tie. The one on the right seems to have expanded and bloated towards the bottom.
I want to replace them, but haven't found info on them.

What are they called?
What diameter?

The throttle body plate is the silver cylinder on the left.
The Vtec sensor is on the right.
