Unhappy Slow power window help

my driver's side window goes at normal speed when going down, but when going up it takes like 4 x as long when compared to other 3 windows going up (sedan). sometimes it almosts stops, and i have to pull it up with my hand to assist it. any idea to fix this?

Have you installed any speakers or anything like that in the past? Try to visually inspect the side molding if any rubber piece is in its track.

If none works then you could try to take to door apart and see if anything is preventing it from going back up as smooth.

your motor for that window more than likely is broken. with time it wont even go down/up anymore. i had the same exact problem with my mom's car (2000 corolla). i thought it was the wires going bad at first because it seemed like there was no power coming to the switch. the dealer quoted around $500 for parts and labor. im just gonna buy the parts and have an auto shop do it instead. good thing theres a toyota specialist in the city.
