window shakes when closing door

window shakes when closing door
the sound my door makes when it closes is relatively low if i have the window all the way up. when i have the window somewhat open thou, it makes a loud rattle n the window looks like its gonna fall out when i shut the door. i have a '03 coupe (not even 2 months old). Is this normal or what???

Rep Power: 0 Yeah, it's normal. When you close a car door with the window part way down, the window is only supported on the back edge and the bottom. But, when it's rolled up, it's supported all the way around. Remember, those things are probably about 10 lbs. of glass, so they will shake some.
