Door lock switch
Door lock switch
Recently the lock on my 2004 Honda Civic EX went bad, the car has 187,000 miles so I'm not shocked but, I was wondering if it is possible to just swap the working passenger side lock cylinder with the bad driver side cylinder, which I can still lock but only when the door is closed,j instead of buying a new cylinder and having to get it re-keyed in order to not have two separate keys. Has anyone tried this before, and if so, is it possible?
