Can’t open the trunk with the key!

Can’t open the trunk with the key!
I don’t know what to do… suddenly stopped to working properly it seems like the cylinder it’s stuck since I can’t move it inside the latch thing; I can only get the trunk open from the release handle from the driver cabin

take to a lock smith.
if release stops working too, you can still get in from rear seat

The pins inside the lock are damaged or broken.
