Exclamation Window fell into door and is stuck

Today i was driving my 03' Honda Civic LX and the window slowly fell down into the door, later i looked it up online and i found out that it could be as simple as the fuse, but that was not the case. The window fell on its own and when the button is used there is no sound of any kind, i think it is dead.

What i am wondering is what this could be this is my first time posting and i do not know what kind of help you guys could give but i was wondering if you guys could tell me what you think, window regulator or motor or anything else i dont know about.

You will have to pull your door panel off to figure out what happened.

My guess is the regulator cable broke.

Can you raise and lower the glass by hand?
If so, then the regulator is shot, for whatever reason.
Usually the cable breaks.
Usually when a cable breaks, the motor makes awful crunching noises when you try it. Not always though.
