Problem w/ stripped plastic screws at the bottom ends of front bumper

Hey, I was doing the diy on front bumper removal. I took the the top clips by the radiator and then went to the bottom clips and took it all off but when it came to the last two plastic screws at the end of the bumper, it stripped; now why would they use plastic screws. I tried to pop it out but it wont come off. Now I have the two stripped plastic screws that I cant take off. How would I go about this? All I wanted to do was install my headlights and now I cant. Here's a picture from the diy so you get the idea, its step 3.

If anyone can help me thanks a lot or at least tell me if i have any alternatives in installing the headlights without removing those two screws.

just yank them out with pliers... they are like $4 each at honda... and then you can just use zip ties that are like 12,000,000 for $3 at homedepot

all the screws and clips on the bottom of the bumper dont REALLY need to be removed to change the headlights.. put a pile of towels under the bumper and just disconnect all the stuff on the top and then screws under the fender and just let yer bumper hang foward..
however if its the first time yer doing this you might just want to take the whole thing apart.. that way you can see what yer doing...

dont worry.. once you get it apart you will kick yourself for thinking it was hard... it takes like 2 minutes to get the bumper off once you have done it once or twice

Try to get a small flat blade under the the head of the plastic screw and apply upwards pressure while attempting to loosen.

time for drill or pliars. then go to www.handaaccessories.com and get a bunch of new clips for cheap.

zip ties are the way to go IMO
trim the tails off of them so everything stays nice and neat... those lil clips are neat and all.. but they are a huge pain in the ***... unless you never plan on having to take yer bumper off again... its up to you..
