02' 1.7 odd hesitation

02' 1.7 odd hesitation
I have a 02 civic ex 1.7. I warm the car up everyday for 5 or so minutes, no problem. drive 35 miles to work, no problem. If i stop to get coffee or lunch and I shut the car off for more than two minutes it has a bad hesitation in acceleration. If you hit neutral it revs fine then back into drive same thing. it will do this for about 5 minutes give or take. No codes. something with the computer resetting, intake temp sens, throttle body ?
