Rep Power: 0 my warranty is finaly up
my ex coupe has 35900 on it. actuly it sitting at the dealer getting looked over. its had a few little things wrong with it. like it had troubles shifting into second and they replaced the right [c-v joint?] and it fixed it. also had the seat track replaced, and now cause i think they like how clean i'v kept it i had a stain on the carpet and it looked like they did it when they did the seat track, so there putting in a new carpet too. o' yea there checking the shock and struts for leakage. just cause i heard poeple haven problems with theres. i hope this car doesn't fall apart on me now that the warranty is up now. sence i put 600 miles on it i beat the living crap out of iit on a daily bases.[ like tacking it out] but now i think its time to take it easy. i hope you guys have the luck i'v had with mine so far.

Rep Power: 0 A c-v joint has nothing to do with the gear shifting, does it? Unless you were talking about some other problem related to that joint.
Ya, I just had my left front strut replaced yesterday, and they're going to do my driver's seat too, when that part comes in (bushings, I think).
You still have up to 60,000 for your power train stuff...

Rep Power: 0 yes...the right c-v joint fixed it....when they pulled it out there was nothing wrong with it but when they put the new one in it fixed the prob.. they where going to give me a new trany but there is a guy who works there that had the same prob on his acura teg. his joints where bad too so when he replaced them it cured his shifting problem. and the samething for mine. not sure what thats all about. i'll be wondering what the hell the c-v joint had to do with it for the rest of my life.

Rep Power: 0 Actually, my seat rocking just started this week... a day before I took it in for the front strut. Told them to do everything at the same time, but they didn't have the bushing.
And I never said that I had a perfect car... far from it. I just have somewhat more realistic expectations about car ownership than others

Rep Power: 0 Wooo! Your car is warranty free! I wish mine was warranty free... but I gotta reach 80,000 miles first. I'm 1/8 there!
And yeah, I drive my car hard, too... just cuz it's fun. If it were not a Honda, the engine would be gone by now I bet. The only downside is the long run of the car. Since it's been "beat down" when it gets old, the old lady is gonna need more than viagra and prune juice to keep her goin for another long night. Ah, I might just bag it for a while.

Rep Power: 0 I thought you US peeps get 3/36000 bumper to bumper, and 5/60000 for main components, for your warranty.
