80,000 Miles

I just hit 80,000 Miles on my '01 EX Coupe and I was wondering if its worth it to do the 80k checkup that the manual says to do under the maintence schedual....I bought the car a year ago with 68,800 on it and since then all i have done is gotten new tires, oil changes every 3k miles, and tire rotation recently...is there anything I should be worried about?
