2009 civic block

I am looking at an 09 civic. I know of the issue with early production #s that had the cracked block . My question is the TSB only states the 1st 3 digits of the vin> I had a website that had the actually range in serial # range but lost it. Does anyone know the FULL range of serial #s ? The TSB does not.
ALL VINs beginning with 1HG, 19X, and 2HG – Check eligibility with a iN VIN status inquiry.
The local dealers are useless. Thanks

Search for Honda bulletin 10-048, you can easily find it online. Also moved your thread to the appropriate section. There are other threads here for this issue.

having the same issue! Looking at 09 civic tomorrow and can’t seem to find where to check for the cracked engine block issue. And if it falls in the category that’s a deal breaker immediately considering it’s 2020.
