2009 civic overheating issue
trying to get a petition together to go to 2009 honda civic to make them accountable for the engine problems in the 2009 that had the correct vin starting with 2HG in which that stated in the warranty, but a not honoring the 2009 models in which they should.

Honda already addressed this issue.
All owners of that generation with the r18 engine where sent recall notices, and given new engines of they acted on the recall.
I may be wrong but I think the recall expired a few years back.

There was a warranty extension on eligible cars, but not a recall
