What is the purpose of this bolt used under driver-side of 2013 Civic
While changing oil, I noticed for the first time this bent bolt under driver-side. What is it used for?

That bolt is supposed to be holding up that plastic cover.

is it a 10mm head? Looks a bit bigger than that, but that could just be how the picture is framed. If uses something bigger than a 10mm bolt, I'd be willing to bet it's more than just for the plastic cover.
