We have a 2015 Civic EX 4 door sedan and need to replace the weatherstrip on the right rear door (see image below). The dealer told us it was P/N 72810-TR3-A01 and we bought that part from Honda. It comes with what looks like new pins to install and the job doesn't seem too bad. Can anybody share any remove / install videos, instructions, tips, etc.?
