Unibody has rusted out
I'm new to the forum and have a question along the same lines. I have a 2006 Honda Civic four-door cars in good shape mechanically and body-wise but had a small squeak on drivers side rear figured it was sway bar links got in the air as far as I could and the driver side sway bar link is bad but also noticed that were the control arm mounts to the subframe is completely gone is that repairable?

Don't revive old threads.
You're saying where the control arm mounts to the subframe is disintegrated? Got a photo? That's a fairly serious problem.

The only thing I have is a small video which won't upload I will go out tomorrow when I get a chance and try to get a good picture of where it's rusted
