Water in the floorboard

I have a 2008 Honda Civic that my son drives. Recently he has noticed the front floorboard have been very wet. Not standing water, but enough that if you press down, it is viable. Recently after a heavy rain, he noted that the outside of the drivers seat was also wet. I think it is related to heavy rain (the car is parked outside). I've looked at the weather stripping of all four doors (both the one attached to the door itself as well as the one attached to the body. All 8 of them have spots where it is (split), such that they are most likely not making a good seal. I also noticed that the interior of the seal attached to the frame on the driver door (can feel inside where it is split), is very wet. Almost certain that all 8 need to be replaced. The back doesn't seem to be getting wet, so I'll probably just start with the front first. Is there anything else I should check before taking that step?

Also, I'll probably end up just going to my local auto parts store, but I've looked online and can't seem to find part number of the ones that are attached to the frame. #11/14 in this diagram

Appear to the the front door seals, but I can't find the seals on the frame? Based on the names 12/15 sound like they might be it, but the diagram looks nothing like what I would expect.

Thanks for your help in advance.
