Weird Door Frame Paint Degradation

I own a 2011 LX-S, and this has been getting worse over the past year or so...anyone see anything like it?

I seem to recall seeing door trims do this, but I can't remember if it was on Civics or something else.

Nobody at my dealer ever wants to fix stuff like that unless it's covered by warranty LOL.
