How to reach the seat belt pretensioner? (2008 LX Coupe)

How to reach the seat belt pretensioner? (2008 LX Coupe) My driver's side seat belt has been given me some issues (constantly locking, not reeling in, etc), so I bought a new pretensioner. Question is, how do I reach it? I looked all over the internet and all I can find are guides for the 4-door (sedan) models.
I tried to see if I could figure out by myself but the panel that covers the pretensioner goes all the way to the back of the car. I'm guessing that to remove it, I have to take the back seat out.
Does anybody has a resource or something I could use to figure this out?

The seat belt reel?
You'll have to take out most or all of the back seat (depending,) and remove the big interior trim panel--- or at least make it so you can pull the panel out far enough to reach all the fasteners to change the seat belt assembly.
