no vehicle menu help

no vehicle menu help
Hi to all
im new to the site and wanted to see if someone can help sort my display issue out.
basically im not able to access the vehicle menu , when i press the button on steering wheel the vehicle menu doesn't come up, so i cant set the clock which is always flashing , and cant access the vehicle menu.
things i have tried already
disconnected the car battery for over 20mins, made no difference
checked all fuses in the engine fuse box and the internal fuse box and all are ok
any help much appreciated
