Hello I lost my only key for my 2010 Civic. I bought a new ignition cylinder with 2 standard keys (no fobs) but am using the old immobilizer. When I try to use the "All Keys Lost" function on my Launch scanner/programmer I get an error saying that I can't do it because the Immobilizer is "abnormal" but I think it is just saying that it is abnormal because the key in the ignition isn't programmed. Any tips on how to get the "All Keys Lost" function to work and I can't do a Systems check without a programmed key. I've tried with 2 different scanners.
