My 2008 EX key fob only works when the car is parked in the sun, same thing with both fobs. I checked the battery in both fobs and they both have 3 volts. I live in Arizona when I drive the car during the day the locks work fine, the little red light on the fob lights up, after parking it fo a few hours in my carport, the light on my fob no longer works and I have to unlock it by putting the key in the door and turning it.
