Clock runs extremely fast
Clock runs extremely fast
Hey all, hopefully this is the right place
First of all, my car is 2008 Honda Civic Fk2.
And quick Video of the problem:
So my car had a gearbox fault where the actuator needed to be replaced and the i-shift computer reprogrammed. But after that, dashboard clock runs extremely fast. I thought maybe setting the clock to right time would fix it, but it still went fast after that.
After quick check on car I told the shop of my problem and they took a look at it, but told me that they can't fix that because I have a custom radio and after reconnecting the battery something must have gone wrong due to that.
I didn't start to argue, because I had to leave, but nevertheless it seemed weird to me. How can the gearbox be reprogrammed, but dashboard clock not? Yeah, I have a custom radio, but such a problem hasn't occured before and doesn't seem like something that would require the original radio unit.
All help appreciated
