airbag lite Airbag light is on, for years. Decided, time to fix. Where to start.? What's the step by step to diagnose this? Is there a video ? Can you lead me to the link I need?

Easiest is to have it scanned at Honda, ask them which part failed, try to replace your self.
A regular obd2 scanner wont show airbag codes.
........
There's also a recall on airbags, if your car is one of them they might scan it for free after replacing the bags.
