Car Trouble

I installed a obx SRI about 2 weeks ago and my car did not run right. The engine was jerky(i think it was misfiring) and the exhaust (stock) made more noise and smelled really bad. So i put my stock intake back on and reset my ecu but it still is jerky and exhaust really smells bad. At high rpm the car really jerks back and forth going on the highway. I don't know what is wrong. Someone please help quick. Also my check engine light comes on and the car idles rough

Take the car back to the dealership, have them hook up the PGM Tester, and that will tell you what is causing the check engine light.

First, make sure you plugged everything back in. From the sound of it, you did not.

yeah, put the stock airbox back on so the dealer doesn't try and blame the intake, then take it to them and have them check it out
