HELP!! My Rear Night Light Doesn't Work

Mine is a Honda Civic 2002 Sedan

I have touched the on the Light Bulbs yesterday. Today, I notice that one of the left hand side brake light (STANLEY#168) burned. That fine, I will just buy a new one and replace it. But I Also noticed that both of my civic's Night Beam Light (7443STANLEY#24B) all doesn't work on the rear. Front is fine. And the Guage Light (which display the speed, fuel....) doesn't work also.

what would the major problem caused by this? okay, even if you say i touched the rear light yesterday and made it burned, but how about the guage night light? i never touched that.

so.. now when i turn on the night light suppose the front, rear, and the guage will light up, but now only front light up, thats it. HELP!! thanks!

Best answer I can give you is a fuse or a wiring short. If you removed your guage cluster at all, that may be an area that you want to consider. Either pull the cluster and look for a burned or cut wire, or take it to the dealership and have them run the wiring.

check fuse box under the hood and look at the black plastic fuse cover.
they do have map that you can check. it should be fuse problem.
you can also buy fuse tester at autozone or any autostore for less thatn 10 bucks and you could use that..

this happened to me a couple times, i lost taillights, headlights and all my interior lights

it's a fuse, "small light" or something like that on the box cover of the fuse box in the engine bay.

How about under your steering wheel? There's a plastic panel that you can remove....and there's another fuse box there.

More light fuses there... post

if you can't be sure, just try pulling every single one of them, one by one, you would've had some sucess already

check 3 and 13

they don't lite up, all you have to do is take it out with the fuse pulling tool, and look at it under a light, there should be a little snake shape piece of mettal that connects the 2 ends of the fuse. check the middle and see is there a disconnection on the fuse it self

turn off the car. check the fuses.. you can do that just by looking at it. there some extra replacement fuses under the hood as well. you could use that or go to auto parts store and go buy auto fuses for less than 5 dollars. once you figure out which fuses are blown. just replace it . throw away blown fuse/fuses then turn on car. you be ready to go by then..
