Tranny Issues

Hey guys, havent poster here in forever... Anyway i have a 2001 Civic Si/Ex, the other day i was ripping it up and i blew the 2nd to 3rd shift and well now it seems that everytime i shift into 3rd from 2nd above 3500 RPM it makes this grinding noise, like im missing the gear by a little, it only does this if im not shifting real slowly... could it be the synchro? or have i mysteriously started to suck at driving? thanks for your help

Maybe it's time for a visit to the dealer or have a mechanic see how it is. I have grinded before by accident but it doesnt happen if I make sure it's in the gate.

My 2001 was doing this into 2nd gear. Turns out the shifter bushing on the selector cable was too tight. Is your shifting a little stiff? That was my first symptom.
