Scratch in bumper

Scratch in bumper
Actually, it looks more like a crack in the clear coat on my rear bumper. I ran into this guys trailer since I couldn't see it in my rearview 
Anyway, what do you guys suggest to fix it? You can't really see it straight on, it has to be at an angle. I don't want to repaint the whole bumper...but how much do you think that would cost also?
