Car bouncing

Car bouncing
I was sitting (completely stopped) at a stop light waiting for it to turn when suddenly my car started to bounce. It felt like someone was pushing up and down on the while car. I'm guessing the bump were about an inch top to bottom and they happened about 2 per second. I don't know what the hell it was. It lasted for about 10 seconds and scared the crap out of me. It hasn't happened again since, but I'm worried. I only have a strut bar as suspension mods, so I have no clue what would cause the bouncing. Anyone got any ideas?

Rep Power: 0 that happens to me but only when im on a over pass. the cars or trucks going the other way cuz vibrations and the car bounces.
if its not that maybe something to do with your motor mounts.

Rep Power: 0 I don't mean to be a poopoo head but you need to get off that acid man! Bad motor mounts would cause vibration but not the car hopping up and down at idle! LOL I don't know what is wrong with your car dude....aliens or something.
