its not a full exhaust system, just muffler and axel, wondering if anyone know if it will pass smog or not....

I'm pretty sure it will. I just had mine smogged (stock), and the emission levels on my printout were almost non-existant. So even if yours has a bit more emissions, it will probably be way below acceptable levels. BTW, why are you getting yours smogged?
