obx b3 pass smog?

i was wondering whether or not obx b3 muffler with axel will pass the smog or not?
not the full exhaust system but just the muffler and axel.
any help?

I don't know what "axel" has to do with emissions unless you mean axle-back.. but yea, a muffler isn't going to affect anything emision wise. You are clear for takeoff!

I have the same exhaust, axel back, it will pass just fine, and its not to loud, its a nice deep sounding exhaust
