Ice chattering noise from back window area?

The last couple of weeks every once in a while i've gotten the most annoying chattering/squeeking noise coming from the back of the car. As long as the car is in motion, even on a relatively smooth road (although a rough road just makes it awful), it chatters. It almost sounds like when your shoes are wet and you walk across a tile floor. It only happens when it's below freezing, which is why I think it's ice. I didn't drive my car last winter, and it hasn't done it before now. Has this happened to anyone else?

A lot of people have the deck rattle. It's very common in our cars. If you've had your windows tinted or rear speakers installed, check and make sure that all 7 pegs that hold the rear deck into the metal below it are attached (you have to look from in the trunk). If they aren't, look up the DIY rear deck removal, take it apart and get all the pegs locked in. Honda won't warranty it if someone else has had the deck out.
If nothing's been messed with, go back to the dealer... i think there's a bulletin out. If not, most dealers seem to be aware of the problem. Just tell them to go out and drive it.

It's not a factory recall ... it's just a service bulletin

No, it's not a deck rattle. If it was a deck rattle, I'd probably have it all year, not just when it's below freezing. It's not even consistent when it's below freezing. I haven't touched my rear deck at all, and just to make sure it wasn't a manufacturing screw up I went out and checked, and all of the clips look to be present and firmly seated.

My rear deck rattle was traced to a loosely assembled third brake light.
