Broken Exhaust Hanger
One of the hangers attached to my muffler is broken; I was cleaning the car off this afternoon and I took a look under the car and noticed the hanger just hanging there. Don't know how long its been like this. Anybody else have this problem with custom exhaust jobs? Now I have a good excuse to get a new cat back.

You can probably just have it welded back on and save your self the trouble of a new exhaust. Unless you were looking for a reason.

Time to visit that muffler shop....they should do it for free, or charge $10 AT THE MOST!
Is your muffler stainless steel ? sometimes it doesnt weld correctly and unsticks.

Looking for a reason (hoping maybe my dad will chip in for the new system) mostly, but it does kind of suck that it broke. No idea how...the hanger just broke in half. It was welded to a stainless steel muffler.
